UK Gambling Regulatory Settlements Now Flow to Government Treasury
The UK Gambling Commission has ruled that all future regulatory settlement payments from enforcement cases will flow into the government's Consolidated Fund, ending the previous practice of directing such funds toward gambling harm programmes, despite half of consultation respondents opposing the move.
