UKGC Confirms Gambling Enforcement Fines Will Go to Treasury, Not Harm Charities

The UK Gambling Commission has confirmed that regulatory enforcement settlements will flow to the government's Consolidated Fund rather than to gambling harm charities or the statutory levy.
